Aaron Beaty is the owner and founder of BC Custom Homes and Blue Collar Investments LLC. He is an Oregon native who kicked off the start of his 30+ year construction career during his training as a combat engineer in the United Sates Marine Corp. Because of his passion to design and build custom homes, Aaron formed Blue Collar Investments LLC. He has since developed residential properties, town homes and custom homes in Central Oregon. In addition to residential development, Aaron has spent a good portion of his career running a large concrete company which provides concrete flatwork for large residential builders.
Aaron’s many years of experience have helped him to develop and maintain a solid foundation, and comprehensive understanding of construction, building and developing. His passion, drive, perseverance and extraordinary ability to problem solve have helped him to be a successful business owner.
Outside of work, Aaron has a passion to help abandoned and abused animals. He has formed a nonprofit that will focus all efforts on helping to save and rehome neglected animals. He looks forward to spending more time on this endeavor in the future.
April Beaty is the Office Administrator for BC Custom Homes and Blue Collar Investments LLC. April’s prior years of experience in office administration and customer support has made her an efficient, detailed and caring team member. April is responsible for all accounting items including project budgets, company finances, and payroll, working closely with project managers and the administrative team to ensure a smooth and seamless billing and payment process. Additionally, April has proven to be a tremendous asset with the design team, helping to select colors, décor and furniture in some of BC Custom Homes’ more elaborate and personalized home builds.
Outside of work, April enjoys spending time outdoors, indoors, and on trips with her husband, daughter and cream retriever, Cash.
With over 25 years of experience in project management, Nate Hardenbrook is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Collar Investments. Raised in Central Oregon, Nate has been immersed in the construction industry his entire life, developing a vast network of local relationships that he leverages to achieve outstanding results. Throughout his career, Nate has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and strong execution and problem solving skills, driving successful outcomes across a diverse array of projects, often exceeding expectations.
Notably, Nate has successfully built over 700 homes throughout Central Oregon, showcasing his deep understanding of the construction industry and his ability to manage large-scale projects. His extensive portfolio includes managing
custom home builds, large multi-family projects, and land development, underscoring his versatility and expertise in the field.
At Blue Collar Investments, Nate oversees complex initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, design, and technology, enabling him to bring a comprehensive and insightful approach to each project. His ability to navigate the challenges of project management, combined with his commitment to continuous improvement, makes him a valuable asset to the Blue Collar team.
Nate's meticulous attention to detail is rooted in his background in crafting fine furniture, where precision and quality are paramount. This craftsmanship experience has honed his eye for detail and quality, which he brings to every project he manages.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nate enjoys golf and fly fishing and is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers at his church and the local food bank, demonstrating his commitment to helping others and making a positive impact. Nate is also a dedicated family man, enjoying life with his wife and two children.
